Before you apply for a credit card
Check the published conditions before applying. Meeting them does not guarantee that the issuer will offer you credit.

Check age and online identification
Bank Norwegian uses the wording “over 18”. Morrow requires applicants to have turned 20. TF Bank’s product page states a minimum age of 18, while its help page says “over 18”; confirm the exact boundary with TF. These issuers require BankID for online applications.
Check residence and payment history
Morrow and TF require registered residence in Norway. All three publish a requirement for no payment remarks (betalingsanmerkninger). TF also states no ongoing debt collection. We have not verified an explicit residence requirement for Bank Norwegian.
Ask about requirements that remain unknown
The issuer assesses income, debt and creditworthiness before deciding. We have not verified D-number acceptance, a numerical minimum income or a minimum number of years in Norway for these cards. Ask the issuer directly. A published maximum limit is not a promised offer.
